mind, we’re here to make the exchange process hassle-free.
1. Conditions for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the day your wood art or decor item
is delivered.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and any included
tags or certificates.
- Custom or made-to-order wood pieces can only be exchanged if there is a quality defect or
shipping damage.
2. How to Arrange an Exchange
- Contact our support team at support@woodyartworks.store with your order number,
product details, and exchange request reason.
- Let us know if your exchange is due to a wrong style, size, type of wood, or if there’s an issue
with the product.
- Our team will respond with the next steps and confirm if your wood decor or art piece is
eligible for exchange.
3. Shipping for Exchanges
- If your wood artwork or decor arrives damaged, defective, or if there was a delivery error,
woodyartworks.store will provide a return shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs for
the exchange.
- If the exchange request is due to a preference in style, size, or finish, the buyer is
responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship your replacement within 3-5 business
days if it is in stock.
- If your requested replacement is unavailable, you may select another product or receive store
credit from woodyartworks.store.
4. What to Do for Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong wood art or decor item, please email support@woodyartworks.store
within 48 hours. We’ll resolve your issue promptly and at no extra cost to you.
5. Additional Details
- woodyartworks.store may reject an exchange for any wood art or decor item showing signs of use,
damage due to customer handling, or not in original condition.
- Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders, but please contact us for
assistance with your situation.
