  • We accept returns of wooden decor and art items within 7 days of delivery from WoodyArtworks.store.
  • Items should be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all included parts and tags (where applicable).
  • Customized or personalized wooden pieces (such as made-to-order carvings, engraved artworks, or special commissions) are not eligible for return unless received damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  • Items that show signs of use, customer-inflicted damage, or altered original condition are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned wooden art or decor, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except when an incorrect or defective wooden product is received from WoodyArtworks.store.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for items that are defective, damaged during delivery, or if you receive the wrong wooden product, size, or design from WoodyArtworks.store.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Customized/personalized wooden art or decor (unless faulty or damaged on arrival)
  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Please email us at support@woodyartworks.store with your order number, the reason for your return, and clear photographs of the item (required for defective, damaged, or incorrect products).
  • If your return is approved, we will send you step-by-step return instructions and our return address.
